Stuff The Bus Event In Fort Lauderdale
GUNTHER VOLKSWAGEN AND AUDACY STUFF THE BUS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF BROWARD COUNTY
Fort Lauderdale, FL, August 8th, 2023 - Gunther Volkswagen teamed up with Audacy’s KISS Country 99.9, 102.7 The Beach, and 101.5 LITE FM for their annual community outreach campaign, Stuff the Bus. Stuff the Bus provides school supplies to in need students of the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County to help prepare them for the 23/24 school year.
This year’s event was held on Saturday, August 5th at Walmart in Davie, Florida and the community showed up. Joseph Gunther kicked off the event by donating over $1,000 worth of school supplies. “Boys and Girls Club is a pillar of the community and giving back to the community is something that has always been at the forefront of our company,” shared Joseph Gunther, Vice President of Gunther Motor Company with Dina B on the Kiss Country morning show.
During the 5-hour event, the community came out and filled the bus with much needed supplies for Broward County students. "With all of the craziness in the world, it's still amazing to see how great the South Florida community can be when it comes to rallying for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County," said Tim “TC” Conlon at Kiss Country 99.9.
